We work hard. Our jobs are demanding and when the rare occasion arrives for some down time we leap at that opportunity. Don't get me wrong. We don't go nuts and take a vacation we need years to pay off. We vacation the best we can within our current means. When times were good we visited Europe. When times were not so good we took in the sights near our Southern Californian home. Whatever it was we took photographs and captured memories.
I suspect there are millions of people who preserve these memories the same as we did. We had boxes and boxes of photographs that had not seen the light of day for decades. Several years ago we began documenting our vacations by making slideshows synchronized to music. We found this to be an excellent way to not only relive our experience, but to share it with those who were unable to join us. By giving the still images life with zooming, panning, and combining the effects with stirring music, the "victims" we subjected our slideshows to did not leave later in the evening feeling tortured, but rather like entertained participants.
Old memories? Take some time and pick out the photos. Choose the music. Tell the story the way it was meant to be told. Maybe you are creating new memories, such as a wedding, graduation, tribute to a loved one, or even as some people have done, remembering a special vacation. Make your slideshow long enough to relive the experience, yet short enough to keep your audience wanting more. We can help.
We have been fortunate enough to be aboard the Windstar Cruise Lines ship "Wind Surf". The first occasion was in October 2010 for a Mediterranean wine cruise hosted by Tobin James Cellars. The second time was with the same winery in the Caribbean in February of 2011. We documented these two cruises with slide shows we created. Should you care to, you can view them on Youtube both here and here. Our experience on these two cruises is what spawned this business.
Perhaps there is a slideshow waiting for you and your family. Please check our other pages to see if we can be of service to you.
Keep yours in focus.
